Practices
are at the little gym to the right of the High School gym
8 years and
under Monday and Wednesday from 6pm to 8pm
9 years and
over Tues - Thursday - Friday from 6pm to 8pm
As a reminder there are no
street shoes allowed on the mats, so
please bring
wrestling shoes and a bottle of water.
