Orting Jr. Wrestling is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to the teaching of the sport of wrestling to youths, ages 5-12.  We try to instill in our wrestlers, the importance of doing your best, not giving up, sportsmanship, and the techniques of a very tough sport.  We prepare the kids for competitive wrestling at our Junior High and High School teams.  All the coaches and board members volunteer their time for the simple fact they love the sport and what it teaches kids.   

Our organization competes in the Pierce County Junior Wrestling League.  We practice three days a week and compete against local teams in tournaments and continue on to Local, State, Regional and National events.  

This year we are asking for sponsorship donations for the upcoming 2009/2010 season to help families pay for tournaments and wrestling costs. As our club continues to grow, we like to make it as affordable to the families as we can.  The cost of insurance, officials, equipment and facilities continue to go up.  We are hoping donations will continue to make this club a success. 

We appreciate anything you can give to help our program continue with its success.  In turn for your donations, we will advertise your business on our club website and on our sponsor banner at tournaments. We will host three tournaments this wrestling season.  Our tournaments draw over 400 wrestlers and their families.  We will also hand out any coupons or flyers at our tournaments if you would like.  We will send you a team picture as our way of saying “Thank You” for your sponsorship. If your donation is $250 or more we will put your logo on our team t-shirt as long as we have the money and your logo before Oct 31^st.
